The most recent project I am working as a freelance and we just submitted the documents. This portfolio segment highlights my involvement in creating approval submittal drawings, adhering to the stringent California Building Codes. These documents are crucial for securing project approvals and are tailored to meet the specific requirements and regulations unique to California, known for its comprehensive and demanding building standards, especially in terms of seismic safety, energy efficiency, and accessibility.
This portfolio showcases a comprehensive case study based on the Google Project Management course I completed on Coursera. Through this in-depth exploration, I aimed to apply the core principles and methodologies taught in the course to a real-world scenario, demonstrating my understanding and capability in managing projects effectively.
This section of my portfolio showcases a series of drawings focused on "Genehmigungsplanung" (approval planning) and "Ausführungsplanung" (execution planning) that I contributed to in my current role. These drawings represent the critical steps in bringing architectural visions to life, ensuring they meet the stringent regulatory standards required for construction approval and then detailing how those plans are to be realized.
This portfolio gives you a peek into some of the interior and architectural projects I was part of at TAG Atelier in India. It was an entrepreneurial leap for us, aiming to deliver turnkey solutions across a mix of spaces. While we were ambitious, every project was a new learning curve, teaching us the ropes of managing and delivering projects from start to finish.
